Serenity the Spa Reception About

Serenity spa is a unique salon established for over 16 years and boasts from 5 spacious treatment rooms…  We believe that quality and customer care is the key to the ultimate beauty experience. You can experience treatments that are adapted to your individual needs, performed by one of our highly qualified therapists to find a solution to your concerns. 

Your treatment is hassle free with online booking available plus text and email reminders. Every client is very important to us…  so an induction pack is given to you after your first visit and we offer a treat card scheme to thank you for your loyalty to us. 

Look out for our regular offers to give you the opportunity to try different treatments and our therapists will educate you on what products to use giving you their professional advice.

Position: Owner / Director
Location: Hockley, Essex

Been in the beauty industry for over 20 years, having the opportunity to work in a number of salons and spas with a variety of well known product ranges. My passions are to educate and give advice to ensure clients and students are getting the best possible learning of how to look after themselves from the inside out.

Pam has been involved in Serenity from the beginning, her expertise are with customer service and ensuring a smooth running salon. Her aim is to resolve any queries or questions and she can also assist with any further information you may need on treatments.

Julie has been working for serenity for over 12 years and been in the industry over 20 years. Her passions are to make a difference to every client who experiences a treatment at the salon.

Keira trained in 2010 where she gained many skills and a passion for the industry. She joined Serenity in 2015 and has a beautiful baby girl called Luna. Keira particularly enjoys Facials and loves clients leaving the salon feeling relaxed.

Katie has been interested in all things beauty from a young age and has been working in the beauty industry for over 9 years. Katie has a beautiful baby girl called Olivia and is getting married in 2020. She particularly enjoys doing massage and holistic treatments and loves to know she has made a difference to someone day.

Position: Receptionist/ Junior Beauty Therapist
Location: Hockley. Essex

Annie began working for us in May 2017 helping out on reception. Annie is completing a Level 2 with us in July and is going on to do her Level 3 training. Annie always helps out on reception and is available to offer reduced rate treatments in salon. She particularly enjoys Facials and Nails treatments.
